I have been experiencing crashes after crashes during recent script development with LoadRunner VuGen (version 9.10)…  I only have a work-around (sort of…) but I don’t have a solution to it.  At least you know you are not alone…

One time I want my LoadRunner script to output some log messages to the virtual user logs during a load test.  So I used the log_message function and when I tested it out on VuGen, the messages appeared in the run log.  However, when I ran the script in the Controller, I couldn’t find the log.

Yesterday when I was testing with LoadRunner and monitoring the controller, I noticed that one of the monitors: Pages Downloaded Per Second Monitor was blacked-out. It seemed that they data is not being collected… Finally I figured out why from the help…

After I downloaded the raw results (RawResults.zip) from Mercury Performance Center, I tried to use the Analysis tool to analysis the result, but failed as it complains with:

Error 75012: in file D:\projects\…\51718.lrr the stop_time is 0
