I went to Chicago Prime Steakhouse during my business trip. I have ordered their Rare Seared Tuna Steak. As usual, I have ordered it “black and blue”. When the dish came, it really looked like a steak. Cut in a fairly regular steak shape… The tuna itself seems to be not as fresh as I like (probably the color makes me think that). Don’t get me wrong though, it is fresh (doesn’t taste bad, and I didn’t get food poisoned after…).

I drove by the restaurant and was very attracted by the outside… It really looks like a castle. So I went in, and then I find that it is very close to a fine dine steakhouse place, which I wasn’t expecting…
