Seared Tuna in Entourage Restaurant is made very differently than other restaurants. First of all, the outside is breaded rather than seared. For one thing, the inside is still raw, which is good. Again, the tuna itself I would think it is not as fresh as I like it to be (again, the color is not right).

Shaw’s Crab House is another place where I have tried their Seared Tuna dish when I am in Chicago. It’s specialty is actually in Oysters. When I looked at their menu, it is a whole page of different kind of oysters. And I was thinking to myself… even if there are that many kind of oysters, are they really that much of a different? I am not a fan of it so it is really hard for me to pay like $3 for an oyster.
